As Senior Pastor, Jason provides general oversight for the direction and vision of SIWC. He is also responsible for leading, teaching, and equipping people to find their purpose and live that purpose out.
Melissa McKinnies
Senior Pastor
Pastor Melissa wears many hats here at SIWC, but she is best known for her beautiful voice! She loves what she does and has a heart to reach, teach, and equip people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Evan Milby
Executive Worship Pastor
Evan directs the worship and platform experiences. He sees his purpose partnering with the senior pastors to create an atmosphere which invites God in to hear our prayers, open our hearts, and open our minds to what God desires for our lives.

Christina Ewell
Family Pastor
In 2019, Christina changed roles from Children’s Pastor to Family Pastor and is loving it! She is also a full-time second grade teacher and loves connecting with families there as well! It’s her hope that all families will know and feel the love of Christ in a powerful way.
Michael DuPriest
Family Pastor
As a family pastor, Michael encourages and ministers to the church body through meeting the physical, mental, and spiritual needs. He feels his purpose in the Kingdom of God is to make Jesus famous again.
Brandi Futrell
Kids Director
Brandi oversees the Worship Center Kids department, which ranges from birth through 4th grade, and includes sound, biblical instruction in every classroom, taught by energetic volunteers. Brandi feels she is called to equip individuals in their walk with God, whether through classroom instruction, biblical advice, or cheering them on from the sidelines.
Donna Robinson
Office Manager
Donna oversees and manages the daily and weekly church office operations and assists the Pastoral Staff with congregational support. Donna’s purpose in the kingdom is to use her experience, giftings, and abilities to provide administrative assistance to the church body as a whole.
Adam Congiardo
Video Production Director
Adam is in charge of all things video! He uses his technological talent to make all our video dreams come to life. Adam believes his purpose is to provide digital options for all people so they can encounter and learn about Jesus no matter where they are.
PJ Robinson
Facilities/Tech Director
PJ is blessed to handle the audio production for both the onsite and online experiences. He designed, managed and oversaw the construction of our brand new facility. It’s his honor to create a place visually and audibly where people can encounter Christ.
